Quotes for food equipment depend heavily on product characteristics and plant conditions. The more complete the information you provide, the closer our response will be to a practical solution, rather than just a catalog price.
Please provide the following when requesting a quote

| Delivery and location | Expected delivery time, installation location, and whether overseas support is needed |
Differences between turnkey plant projects and single-machine purchases
A single-machine purchase is about whether this machine can make my product; a turnkey plant project is about whether the line's takt time and material flow can support the target output. The latter requires much more information, but it is also the only way to identify bottlenecks before production starts.
If you are still in the evaluation stage, you can first provide the product mix and target output, and we will help determine whether to start with a single machine or proceed directly to full plant planning.
The three most common questions from overseas buyers
"Can I test with my own formulation?" Yes, and it is strongly recommended. Testing with standard samples only proves the machine can run; testing with your actual formulation shows whether the parameters are feasible and whether the finished product specifications meet the target. Sample requirements and scheduling for testing can be discussed during the inquiry.
"How are wear parts supplied?" Wear parts in the forming and filling sections are a major source of long-term operating costs. It is recommended to confirm the list, replacement intervals, and spare parts supply method during the procurement stage, especially for overseas installations.
"Can I buy a single machine first and expand to a full plant later?" Yes, but the difficulty of expansion depends on whether the first machine's selection has reserved space for takt time and material flow. If you already have expansion plans, please indicate this in your initial inquiry, and we will factor future integration into the configuration.
